Google Chrome OS – Video Installation Guide
Recently I uploaded a guide on how to download and install Google’s Chrome Operating system. Even though this guide was quite sufficient for the more profficient computer users, I thought it would be great to share a step by step video guide as well.
This is the best guide I could find. It’s very in depth and begins from scratch, all the way to full installation.

There is more to Chrome OS than this because it has yet to be released. This is just a start in the right direction. There is more to the system as a whole than what you see in the UI there; the code and the underlying system is designed specifically for the internet and internet applications. It is a good way to keep your favorite sites in an easy to find location locally and it will morph into much greater things in the future. The open source community can work with this in anyway they want and netbook manufacturers can use or modify it however they want and it is free! It isn't what it is now, it is what it WILL be after improved. We remember Windows 1.0? nope.
Great contribution Savage! I do agree with you fully on this. I was quite disappointed when I heard the first reactions to Chrome OS when it was first announced. People seemed to be disappointed in what they termed an over simplified operating system. But as you say…this is just the start. During the last year Google has been listening to people and propping up the new OS for release soon. We are yet to see it in it's full glory.
