Google adding touch to Chrome OS?
Rumours fly once more as TechRadar reported earlier on this week that Goolge had given “it’s strongest hint yet” that Chrome OS will ship with touch capabilities.

Apple launched it’s so called ‘Ipad’ Today….what kind of name is that? Some say they named it after a dollar store tampon! Never the less Apple thinks it hit the nail on the head with this one. They are comparing the innovations in Ipad to the great quantum leaps made by Iphone when it was first launched.

In an interview with Bloomberg, Acer has moved it’s Chrome OS netbook release to third quarter rather than the perceived second quarter of 2010. The pioneering Netbook producer has also spilt the beans on its upcoming product line and the news seems very good indeed:

It has been confirmed by the Chrome OS development team that the upcoming operating system will have a media player specially designed for it. This comes as great news for those who love their movies audio.

The major improvement in this new build of Chrome OS over the previous builds is that it supports most of the WiFi chipsets. This new build also has a slight improvement in speed and a new boot time splash screen.
