Chrome 5 Leaves Beta Stage – Enters Chrome 6
Chrome 5 has finally left beta testing stage and has been released for the public as a stable release by Google. As reported in our previous story on Chrome 5; this is an awesome browser. Arguably Google Chrome has finally given Firefox users enough reason to switch over.
The latest release of Chrome 5 was dispatched for Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. If you already had Chrome installed on your machine, you won’t have to do anything to upgrade, your browser will do it automatically.
With Chrome 5 finally out of the box, Google has promptly made Chrome 6 available on it’s beta channel for testing. With the recent announcement of the Google Web Store it is likely that such features will be available in Chrome 6 in the near future.
