Dell Confirms Interest In Chrome OS

(BREAKING NEWS)

‘Dell’ has finally decided that Chrome OS will be it’s operating system of choice for it’s upcoming netbooks and  possibly even it’s laptops. Dell’s Amit Midha, president for greater China and South Asia confirmed this today;

“There are going to be unique innovations coming up in the marketplace in two, three years, with a new form of computing, we want to be on that forefront … So with Chrome or Android or anything like that we want to be one of the leaders,”

This was confirmed during an interview Amit Midha had with Reuters. With such a company as putting all it’s weight behind Chrome OS; it’s success is now almost guaranteed. Already Acer has shown great interest and commitment in releasing Chrome OS powered devices, hence Dell’s recent revelation is sure to bolster Chrome OS.

According to Google, Chrome OS will be released during the end of the 3rd quarter of this year. We await with great anticipation.
